RETURNS POLICY

1. If you are not satisfied with our item, return is accepted within 7 working days after receiving it.

2. If the item you received is defective or wrong item, it will be better if you can take photos to help us confirming that.

3. The return shipping fee should be paid by buyer if it's not our fault.

4. After getting the returned item, we will refund you money or exchange.

SHIPPING

1. All orders will be shipped within 1 - 2 working days upon receipt of payment (except Saturday and Sunday).

2. We only ship to the confirmed address provided by you. If you need to change the address, please tell us immediately before payment made.

3. We are not responsible for extra fees such as import fees, duty, customs, VAT or taxes that you may have to pay
when your item arrives in your country.

4. Item Location is at China. International shipping will take longer time than domestic, and shipping may be delayed
because of carrier company, local customs/duties and some other uncertainties (holidays, events).

5. Estimated Delivery Time:

May spend 7-15 days to United States and Europen countries, and 3-5 weeks to other countries.

If you want to get your order fast, you can ask for expeditied shipping, it needs pay more shipping fee.

6. we are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country, but we will try our best to help you.

7. We usually provide the track number for items to worldwide. Meanwhile, if you buy more items together (more than $200)
from our store, we will ship them to you by business express such as DHL/UPS/Fedex for free
